We work directly with governments, royal households, corporations and private clients to shape the concept, secure the right artists and partners, and manage delivery from first conversation to final performance.
Because these projects often carry diplomatic, reputational or broadcast weight, we also coordinate the wider production around them — filming and content partners, cultural and protocol considerations, and the logistics of staging a single unrepeatable event well, rather than a recurring show.
