The business side of a career, handled with the same care as the art.
KMM sits alongside artists as both global representative and strategic manager — opening doors internationally, negotiating the terms that matter, and shaping a career plan built for years, not just the next release.
One relationship, two disciplines working together
Representation and management are often split across different people, different contracts, different priorities. KMM brings them under one roof. The same team that negotiates a promoter deal or a brand partnership is the team mapping out where an artist's career goes next — which keeps strategy and execution pointed the same direction instead of pulling apart.
We work directly with artists, and alongside the promoters, institutions, labels, agents and brands already around them, adding coordination rather than complication. Every relationship is treated as long-term: the goal is an artist who is better positioned, better represented and better supported a decade from now, not just for the next tour.
Representation with genuine international reach
This is KMM's principal service and the one most artists come to us for first: acting as an artist's representative in markets and rooms they can't always access on their own. That means building and holding relationships with promoters, venues, festivals and institutions across territories, and using those relationships to create opportunities rather than just respond to them.
It also means handling the parts of a career that determine whether an opportunity is actually worth taking — positioning, brand strategy, and the commercial negotiation and contracting that sits behind every booking, partnership or endorsement. Where legal, financial or tax questions come up internationally, we coordinate the right specialist support rather than leaving an artist to find it themselves.
Management built around the long arc of a career
Where representation is about the deals and relationships, management is about the plan they serve. KMM works with artists on long-term career planning and international market expansion, shaping the strategy behind releases, touring and promotion so that individual decisions add up to something coherent over time rather than being made one at a time.
Depending on the mandate, this can mean full management or a more focused advisory role — supporting creative and repertoire development, coordinating media, PR and digital presence, and managing commercial opportunities as they arise. Throughout, KMM acts as the connective layer between the artist and everyone else already working with them: labels, agents, advisers and existing management.
